My Story
Call me Coach Lori. Previously known as a Sales Director and Coach in the cheer and dance 'world', I've shifted my focus to a deeper level of personal coaching. After overcoming my struggles with chronic fatigue, weight gain, inflammation, and hormonal imbalances, I've witnessed the incredible power of our bodies to heal.
